Congratulation Ms. Etheridge! She is one of three teachers from PGSD to win the Hancock Bank Leo W. Seal Innovative Teacher Grant. She will be honored April 12, 2019, by Hancock Bank at the Great Southern Club in Gulfport.
Ms. Etheridge's project, Vegetation Field Study, will involve constructing a greenhouse to document the growth of vegetation as a hybrid project between STEM and language curriculums. The goal of this project is to help students improve their collaborations skills and teach them how to conduct and document scientific research.
