Class Information

Dear Parents,

Welcome to another year at Singing River Academy. My name is Mrs. Alicia Fox and I am so excited to be able to teach and grow with each of your children!  I love this school’s culture and will encourage my students to develop their own leadership skills. My teaching philosophy is focused on helping students become avid learners by sparking their curiosity, nurturing creativity, and acknowledging their positive attributes with a community of support.  It is my belief that students will exceed expectations when a teacher promotes a sense of accountability for their behavior and academic performance. As an educator and role model, my goals for the students are to not only gain a solid foundation on how to read, write, and comprehend texts, but also study skills and character development in order to positively contribute to society. As you well know, things will be different this year, but my team and I have been hard at work to make this year full of fun learning experiences! I strongly believe that we are in this together to help your child reach their maximum potential!
