High School in Kiln Mississippi with the Hancock high school did my undergraduate degree in biology at University of Southern Mississippi I am currently a master student at Virginia Commonwealth University which is in Richmond Virginia and I'm studying biology I am interested in ecology typically the Ecology of coastal ecosystems so the laboratory that I work in at BECU works on the barrier islands off of the coast of Virginia and we study the interactions of the plants that live on this island and climate change and so there are a lot of fun things about college one of the fun things is being able to study things that you are interested in so you get to pursue what you find Cool Whip really interesting you can also cut make a lot of friends you have a lot of great experiences especially if you're involved in extracurricular activities so I was apart of marching band at the University of Southern Mississippi this is where I did my bachelor's degree and that was a lot of fun because I got to travel to a lot of different universities I got to make a lot of friends what's hard about college is that you really have to work and you have to make sure that you are responsible for the work that you do python prepared in that I had taken classes. more able to take on responsibilities of college so I made sure that I took courses that would challenge me courses where I had to use writing skills and critical thinking the most helpful subjects for me you would have been my writing courses also courses like music are great because you need to have different outlets and you need to make sure that you Brown your self off well as a person play Scanner people that do all kinds of really really cool things that they do you haven't even thought that we're jobs at all so definitely get out there and explore differ
